eStatements are the modern way to keep track of your RiverHills Bank accounts. That’s why we’ve made it easy for you to receive FREE electronic statements for your checking and savings accounts. With eStatements you can view, download or print your statements online at your convenience. Your statements will look just like the physical copies you’ve been receiving via mail. So you can put your storage shelves to better use.

With these benefits, you won’t miss dealing with your old paper statements:

  • Up to 24 months of electronic statements accessible via the RiverHills Online Banking interface
  • Receive email notification when your new, monthly statement is available
  • You’ll have greater protection against identify theft when statements are not printed and mailed
  • Remove the clutter and storage issues associated with archiving years of paper statements
  • Eliminate the need to procure and use a shredder to destroy old paper statements

And for some folks there’s one more good reason to sign up for eStatements—for any statement period you don’t meet the criteria to eliminate the account fee, eStatements entitle you to receive a $1.00 reduction in your monthly fee for RiverHills Checking or RiverHills Interest Checking accounts.

To get started, complete the sign-up request form in the right-hand column of this page, then click “Send.” We’ll receive your request and verify your identity by matching the information you’ve submitted with your RHB account(s).

Once your information is verified, we’ll email you an eStatements Consent Form as a “fillable” PDF. You may either print the form and complete it or, using Adobe Acrobat, electronically fill in the information fields we require and save it.

NOTE: By typing in your name, styled exactly as it is on your RHB account(s), you’re providing us your “digital signature,” which is equivalent to signing your name by hand.

You may return the eStatements Consent Form one of three ways:

Via our Secure Email Portal. Use the link provided in the eStatements Consent Form email we sent you to go to our Zix Secure Email Portal. Using this portal, your information will be encrypted, and is absolutely secure. All it takes is creating your secure account.

WARNING: It is essential that you use our Zix Secure Email Portal to protect your personal and account information.

In Person. If you choose to print out the Consent Form and fill it out by hand, just bring it to your nearest RHB office.

By Mail. You may also mail the completed Consent Form to us at:

The final step is activation. Once your Consent Form has been received and processed, you will receive an Activation Email. Follow the instructions as outlined in the Activation Email to complete your RHB eStatements activation.
