Unless You Opt In, Bounce Protection On Your ATM And/Or Debit Card Will Not Be Available.

As a RiverHills customer, you should know that the new Federal Reserve rules requires you to verify, or opt in, to continue applying Bounce Protection to everyday debit card or ATM transactions on your personal account.

reg_e_cardsYou now have an option concerning whether you want to continue to have Bounce Protection coverage on your ATM and everyday debit card transactions. Since these changes may affect the way you manage your account, we want you to understand what it means if you “Opt In” or “Opt Out”.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO OPT IN, your card(s) will work as in the past; in other words you will continue to have a safety net up to your available Bounce Protection limit.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO OPT OUT, it simply means we will no longer provide Bounce Protection coverage for any ATM or everyday debit card transaction that would cause your account to reach a negative balance (go into Overdraft).

If you want us to authorize and pay overdrafts and everyday debit card transactions, you may call 601.636.1445 and ask to speak to a Bounce representative, or contact your nearby branch location in person or by mail. Should you change your mind and decide you no longer want us to continue to authorize and pay overdrafts on your ATM and everyday debit card transactions; you may revoke your authorization at any time by calling a Bounce representative at the above phone number, or, contacting your nearby branch location, in person or by mail.
